Under Canada’s Fighting Against Forced and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act, certain Canadian entities and government institutions doing business in Canada must publish annual, board-approved reports outlining the steps they take to prevent and reduce the risk of forced labour and child labour in their supply chains.
